Please note there is a $100 minimum retail order required. Prices shown online and in catalog reflect retail costs per individual item. Some items are sold in packs and the price shown online is for the individual item, not the pack. Packs cannot be divided. Appropriate discounts will be determined and applied at the time of checkout once account is approved. Due to variances in computer monitors and individual internet service providers – actual colors of final product shipped may vary slightly from that indicated on an individual computer monitor. Minimum orders :
All orders are a minimum of $100.00 per order (retail).
Declined Payment :
All orders with declined payment are subject to a 15% restocking fee. This fee must be paid before future orders can be placed.
Prices:
Prices listed on our web site are subject to change from our catalog prices without notice. Prices shown are retail and discounts are given at the time of checkout.
Custom orders / items:
Many of our items, plus 1000's of others can be made with special imprints of your store or local church. Artwork must be submitted by mail, fax, or email after which a quote will be given. Phone orders for custom products cannot be accepted, however a tentative estimate may be given.
There is a 10% overrun / underrun that will be charged accordingly. All custom orders must be prepaid.
Backorders:
Any item on your order that is not available at the time of shipment will be placed on backorder. Backorders are not shipped out automatically. You will be contacted to see if you still wish to receive the item when it is back in stock. If you do wish to still order the item, you have the option to ship it alone, or you may impact your backorder with a minimum order for free shipping. If you do not wish to be contacted about backorders, please note on your order comments.
Coupons
Coupons are occasionally e-mailed to customers as our way of saying thank you for choosing Swanson for your Christian product needs. The coupons can only be used online and may only be used within the expiration date specified. Coupon discounts are not applicable to bargain basement or closeout items. If a coupon is used on an order that contains these items, the price will be adjusted on the final invoice.
